BAKRYLEX Universal Gloss Paint for wood and metal 0,7 kg

Bakrylex Universal Gloss is a waterborne, universal covering matt enamel for interior and exterior coating of wood, chipboard, masonry, paper, metal, etc. Excellent coverage and weather resistance. When used for exterior coatings, renewal is expected after 3-5 years. The product meets the requirements of the regulations for use on toy coatings. It has wet abrasion resistance - measured according to EN ISO 11998 - class 1 (classification according to EN 13300). The paint is not suitable for objects with permanently wet environments.

Instructions for use:

The absorbent substrate must be pre-soaked with a suitable penetrating agent REMAL, BARLET or SOICRAT. Penetrate until the surface sucks. The wood should be primed with BAKRYLEX PRIMER beforehand. Metals should be cut, degreased and primed with a suitable anti-corrosion primer.

Mix the contents thoroughly before use. The paint can be diluted with a small amount of clean water. Apply by brush, spray or roller in 2-3 coats at a temperature of 10-25 °C. The time interval between coats is at least 4 hours.

Yield:

Approximate: 6 to 8 m² per 1 kg of coating (7 to 10 m² per 1 l) for one coat.

Shades:

Produced as a matt or gloss paint in shades according to special swatches, or as a base to be tinted to the desired shades in TELURMIX and BALMIX tinting systems.

Manipulation:

Observe basic hygiene rules when handling. The product is not intended for coating in direct contact with food, feed and drinking water. Keep out of reach of children. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention. The product is treated with a biocide. Contains the reaction mixture : 5-chloro-2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [EC No. 247-500-7] and 2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [EC No. 220-239-6] (3:1). May cause allergic
reaction.

Shelf life:

The product retains its useful properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture, in the original unopened container. Store in dry storage at 5 to 25 °C.

Disposal of packaging and waste:

Take used, properly emptied packaging to a packaging waste collection point. Dispose of packaging with product residue at a municipal hazardous waste disposal site or hand it over to a person authorised to handle hazardous waste. See also the product safety data sheet.
