REMAL Vinyl Color Mat washable wall paint is a premium color washable painting coating with a velvety matte appearance, excellent coverage and abrasion resistance. The paint surface is gently washable. The coating is intended for painting walls and ceilings in the interior on stucco, plasterboard and other substrates.

The product is easy to process, harmless to health and environmentally friendly. It shows washability of the paint, resistance to abrasion when wet after 28 days - class 1. (measurement according to ČSN EN ISO 11998, classification according to EN 13300). Method of application brush, paint roller, spraying.

Washable paint workflow:

Old non-cohesive coatings in thicker layers need to be scraped off. Before painting, treat the surface with REMAL deep penetration. You rid it of dust, strengthen it, unify its absorbency and guarantee adhesion. Drying time 4 hours. Even out unevenness on the wall with a REMAL trowel. It is advisable to use REMAL Flek-stop insulating coating to cover stains, e.g. after running. Mix the paint thoroughly before use, it is diluted for painting. If necessary, dilute with max. 5% pure water. Apply REMAL Vinyl with a short pile roller. The paint covers in one layer. Repaint min. after 4 hours The optimum temperature for application is 15 to 25 °C. Wash contaminated areas and work tools with water immediately after application, dried paint is difficult to remove.

Method of applying washable paint to the wall:

REMAL Vinyl roller with short hair, brush, AIRLESS spraying - e.g. STORCH AIRLESS ST 550, STORCH AIRLESS ST 700 or STORCH AIRLESS ST 800, recommended pressure from 120 – 150 bar, nozzle size 515 or 517, gun filter 50 mesh. When applying by spraying, we recommend that you always carry out tests on a specific device in advance.

Handling REMAL washable paint:

Observe basic hygiene rules when working. The product is not intended for coatings that come into direct contact with food, feed, drinking water, or for coating children's toys and children's furniture. Keep out of reach of children. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention. The product is treated with a biocide. Contains reaction mixture: 5-chloro-2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [EC number 247-500-7] and 2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [EC number 220-239-6] (3: 1). May cause an allergic reaction.
