Thinner C6000 is a thinner for nitrocellulose paints, or for acrylic and polymer paints. It is also used for washing work aids and tools, for removing resins from the wood surface. Thinner C6000 can also be used to dilute synthetic paint materials, if this method is recommended in the instructions for use of the respective paint material. To be applied by spraying, the thinner is intended for professional and industrial use only. The thinner can also be used to remove resin spills during the preparation of new wooden substrates before the application of paint materials.
Application: The product is applied according to the instructions for the respective color or according to the specific method of use. Consult the supplier for any ambiguities.
Shelf life: At temperatures of 0 to 30 °C for the duration of the warranty period indicated on the thinner packaging (24 months).
Composition of thinner C6000: Mixture of organic solvents (toluene, butyl acetate, methyl acetate, acetone, butan-1-ol). The thinner is intended for diluting nitrocellulose coatings (LAZUROL PRAGOLESK C 1037, LAZUROL PRAGOMAT C 1038), intended for application by brush or spray, unless otherwise stated on the label of the diluted product.
Instructions for safe handling: C6000 contains organic solvents (e.g. toluene, acetates, acetone, alcohols) which irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membranes in direct contact. Vapors are dangerous, as they have narcotic effects in higher concentrations and irritate the eyes and respiratory tract. In long-term and repeated contact with the organism, the thinner can cause allergic reactions in susceptible people. Protect skin and eyes from splashes. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Protect from children. Ensure effective ventilation of the workplace. Do not eat, drink, smoke or use open flames in the workplace. Risk of fire and explosion in contact with open flame. Follow basic hygiene rules.
