Primacol Decorative Lets Shine decorative paint with brocade, 2 l

It is a decorative color with a satin appearance. The product contains thousands of silver particles, thanks to which the decorated wall will shine in the light. The effect obtained is very subtle and its intensity increases with a stronger light source. The paint is intended for painting walls and ceilings in interiors. It is characterized by great covering abilities and high washability.

Use:

The paint is intended for coating surfaces made of mineral and gypsum plasters, plasterboard, bricks, wooden surfaces, wood-based surfaces and fiberglass wallpaper

Substrate preparation:

The substrate intended for coating must be stable, clean, dry, compact. Fresh plasters can only be painted after 4 weeks of drying.

Remove poorly adhering paint coatings (which peel off) and old adhesive paint coatings and wash the substrate with water. Clean well-adherent coatings of emulsion paints with water with the addition of a cleaning agent. Fill the unevenness with putty, sand and remove dust. In the case of absorbent substrates, we recommend coating with a penetrating emulsion or base paint.

Coating:

The color shown on the packaging may differ from the actual color due to printing options and cannot be a reason for a complaint. To find out the exact color, ask the seller for a swatch. Before you start applying the paint, do a test on a control surface to familiarize yourself with the painting technique. Use products from one production series to coat the entire surface.

Performing the effect:

After preparing the background, start with the realization of the effect. Carefully open the container of Let's shine Primacol Decorative paint and carefully mix its contents. Then pour the contents of the brocade bag, which is part of the paint set, into it. Then mix the contents thoroughly once more, trying to distribute the brocade evenly. Do this by hand, using an electric stirrer could damage the brocade.

Attention! Plan the painting work so that you can use the prepared paint within 24 hours. Otherwise, the brocade effect may not be visible. Carry out painting work at room temperature and the substrate >5°C, avoid direct sunlight on the painted surface.

Start the coating from the corners and hard-to-reach places, and then move on to larger areas. Use a short-pile microfiber paint roller when painting. As you work, proceed from the source of natural light towards the center of the room. Take a large amount of paint on the roller and spread it in vertical strokes in the shape of the letter V - this will ensure even coverage of the surface. Be careful not to paint with a dry or semi-dry roller, move it away from the wall only at the bottom or top of the wall, but not in the middle. Stir the paint thoroughly in the container regularly. Connect other parts of the coating using the "wet on wet" method. While painting one surface, try not to pause or make corrections on the semi-dry coating of paint. Depending on the substrate and the chosen shade, it may be necessary to apply a second coat of paint. Apply the second layer of paint after 3-4 hours from the completion of the previous layer. You will get the finished decorative effect after 12 hours.

Ventilate the room until the odor disappears during and after the painting work.

The colored coating acquires its full durable properties (resistance to washing and abrasion) 28 days after the painting work.

Store in hermetically sealed original packaging at a temperature of 5-25 °C, in a dry place. Do not expose to sunlight. Protect from children. In case of ingestion, seek medical help immediately - show the package or label.
